It's getting tougher and tougher for people to find a convenient but nutritious meal. Between my occupation, taking care of my kids, and running errands, I've been stretched too thin. Often, I must pick up the family dinner at terribly unhealthy fast food joints. It causes me to feel sad but it's unavoidable.
